Short but sweet - we had to do a border run to extend our time in Thailand, and thought Burma was the place to go for the stamp novelty! We went to a posh resort that looked after our bags for us and were back within the hour it was literally a 15minute boat ride. The guys at the other end seemed a bit pissed off we didn't want to go to the town - for a while they wouldn't give Darren his passport back, we kinda wandered around a bit and then came back onto Thai soil! And now we can say we've been to Myanmar .
