On Thursday, we spent most of our morning and early afternoon in Eureka Springs.  We ate (we love to eat) at Bubba's Barbeque.  They have smoked ribs and chicken.  It was pretty good, but I have to say that my dad's smoked ribs are better.

After lunch we drove through the touristy little town of Eureka Springs.  We did a little shopping and window shopping in the cute stores in downtown. We couldn't shop long though as we had to hit the road again.

Before we got too far, however, we stopped at the War Eagle Mill where they make flour.  It was neat to see how they use a water wheel to power the mill to make the flour.  They also had fun stuff to buy, like flour, flax seed, pancake mix, honey and other fun stuff.  There was also a restaurant with ice cream for sale.  It was a cute little mill that was a fun little pit stop.
