again in this country/city we felt like high-rollers thanks to its currency -- fin. we arrived and learnt that Buda and Pest were two different cities/areas taht have joined to become one. I really enjoyed the views of the city, found it to be very European. We saw the incredible views of the kings and queens home, the ruins as well and some other memorial spots. That area was Buda and Pest pronounced Pesht, was more of the markets and all. In pest a few of us went to the House of Terror. Here we saw Stalin's and the HUngarian way of life and how they tortured ones that didn't follow their ways. We saw the chambers taht prisoners were kept in and where they got hung. Disturbing place, but very glad I went to see it.
That evenig we went on a River Dinner Cruise. We arrived to the hotel an hour before having to drive to the boat for dinner. The food at this dinner was absolutely amazing! tere was black caviar, picked muscles and clams, smoked slamon, and different kidns of salad, soup, stuffed peppers and best of all cabbage rolls! There was a lot of dessert and fruit and to add to it all, it was a buffet!!!
also on each table there were two bottles of wine. Once dinner was finished we all went to the 2nd floor of the boat to take photos of the view and enjoy our time together. Afterwards we went back to the hotel. The boys played some card games while I decided to make it an early night. in the midst of their card game (kings and assholes) Brad decided to move the table closer to brendon and instead of dong so, he began to move it only to find that only the top marble piece moved. the table itself did not. He ended up moving it right onto Louise's legs nearly taking them off. The next day he got the Dick of the Day Hat as we were making our way to Vienna, Austria.
