We passed through Cannakale to visit Anzac Cove. For me, it didnt hit the spot, but for the kiwis and aussies it did. It was a very beautiful area, with many memorials all along the coast. We saw many of the cemetaries, which may or may not contain soldier's bodies. Many of the tomb stones had the soldier's ages on them. and average age was early 20's. We then drove up to the point that the Aussies made it to, as well as the point that the Kiwis made it to. Kiwis made it much further past the battle field line. It was definately something to see, and I am glad that I got the privelage of seeing it.
