We have no spent 2 days in the Chateau de Crix and it is absolutely amazing. This are, this massive green land is like something out of a painting! There is so much green, there are blue skies, hills, small tile roofed houses, colourful plants, small streets and 30 degree weather. The Chateau itself is unbelievable! Rooms were no the greatest (didnt have power outlets); bunk beds are average but the entire place is old and historic looking.

First night we had a costume party which was fun although I wished our group dressed it up a bit more. I definatel brought out my Koddo outfi and rocked the night away. The other tours really brought it out with their superhero outfits. Some guys just wore their underwear and the ones that did looked mighty fine! I can't say it was heaps of fun.
I find myself really comparing the original contiki and it almost makes me wish that Phil and Gordon and the gang was here. I can't see myself keeping in touch with any of themor becoming "such good friends" as quoted by Alex P. (OZ contiki)

Anyway, the next morning we were supposed to have our picnic but b/c I had to go see the doc, I asked the guys to wait for me. We ended u sitting in front of the Chateau and spend the entire day by the pool. I sun bathed, swam, and did exactly nothing. Again, I found myself not being liked by the girls just because I'm hanging out with the boys. They even told me that I'm like one of the guys with them. The guys are really nice. They're all from Oz are sweet, and I tend to have good conversation swith them and enjoy the time I spend with them.

We also had a wine tasting, that I enjoyed as much as I would've enjoyed any wine tasting. Found out a little more about how it is made, and found out that Au de Vie is not something you should try. Jackie and Kim had the privalage to try it, but I backed away. It really did look vile!
