-          Wake up to sun so we walk the campsite.. it is huge (over 300 sites) but maybe 20 people camping right now. Our site is really nice.. very large and very private and right near the shower house!

-          Head out to visit Plimoth Plantation in Plymouth (yes that is spelled right). It is a recreation of a 1627 Indian village and dutch pilgrim fort/village. There are people in both locations in period dress and assuming their characters so it is interesting to talk with them about how it was then and what they did to survive! Interesting 2-3 hours!

-          Then into Plymouth the town to see the recreation of the Mayflower that brought these people over in 1620. Cant believe how small this ship was that carried crew of 20 and 102 Pilrims and all their gear… I could not have done it!

-          For lunch we try a place called KKaties Burgers and WOW! This is a small sports bar but the burgers are incredible. They are pound grade A Beef cooked perfectly pink. I had a Californian and Karen had a Blue Cheese burger without the bun. Karen has Green Fries which are fresh green beans which are fried in onion and garlic and salt (yummy). I have truffle fries which are home made fries that are drizzled in truffle oil and sprinkled with parmesan cheese when cooked. Unreal fries!

Back to site to relax and enjoy the quiet of the forest. Have a fire this night
