So today we actually got out of bed on time and hit the road to Albuquerque, NM. It was only about a 3 1/2 hour drive which was nice. We arrived around high noon and walked around old town. This is the same place that we visited about 15 years ago when the Cochran Family made their trek across the US! Albuquerque is full of old history. With one of the first churches ever to the locals selling their jewelery in the streets. We stopped and ate at the "La Hacienda" for lunch. After lunch we headed off to brave the Rattlesnake Museum. This a nice way to end our journey through Albuquerque. It won't be long till Sante Fe!
