By the way - hope you make time to hang out in the city walk - free part at the front of universal - LOTS of cool places to grab a drink / snack - Jimmy buffetts, nascar cafe, irish pub place, etc. Talk to you soon. Kara - if you guys go to epcot like you said - bring me back some maps and pamplet crap from there, that's my favorite park.

Roadkill Grill
Hey kids! did you bring a grill with you? If so, keep your roadkill. I can send you some recipes for Cajun Possum, Armadillo Jambalaya and Slow Roasted Turkey Vulture. You will find all three of these jaywalking grillmates in Mississippi,Louisiana and Texas. If you find yourselves on I-44 in Oklahoma (The Oklakoma Turnpike) you will most likely run over a few turtles, they are everywhere. I know what your thinkin' your thinkin' a big ole bowl of Oklahoma Turtle Soup sounds pretty darn good. Well, I can tell ya from experience that them poor little turtles pretty much explode on impact and therefore you get little if any meat for the soup, so don't waste your time trying to scrape the little buggers off the road. Iam having fun keepin' track of your travels and I will check in from time to time to give you some more travel tips. Don't rush it. Enjoy It.

Whatever you do... I SWEAR, WHATEVER you do... DO NOT... I repeat, DO NOT go through 'It's A Small World' at Disney World. That song gets into your head and it never gets out! If one of you starts singing, or even humming the tune... Well, you take your life into your own hands! Enjoy everything else though! I love and miss you both... Mom
