I have been banished to the bedroom for the night. Am I being grounded? No, Julie is hosting Yarn-to-Gold, the American Woman's Club's knitting club (see Pic 1). When did Julie become a grandma? She's knitting for god's sake! She actually enjoys it...although I think it is really more of a social thing than anything else.
We are heading out of town for a few days on Wed. Our Aussie friends, Bruce and Ang, are driving with us to Bavaria Germany to go skiing for a long weekend. Munich is about 8 hours south of here and the place we are going, Garmisch along the Austrian border, is about an hour south of there. It should be a really fun trip. I'm sure you'll here about it more soon.

Anyways, I am pretty bummed not to be able to watch the NCAA Tourney but I suppose snowboarding in the Alps this weekend will keep my mind preoccupied. I just hope Wisconsin makes it through the first few rounds so that some of the games will be televised at the sports bar!
