It took us no time at all to get back to Auckland. When we arrived we went straight to Chanelle's. Once we arrived and had chatted for a bit, the two of us took turns taking showers (we really needed it). Following getting ready we cleaned Madonna out and returned her to the rental company. By this time it was fairly late in the day and so it was pretty much time to go out for dinner. Kailey and I had decided to take our hosts out for dinner as a thank you for all of their hospitality. We went to a small Italian restaurant in town where we all ate fantastic meals and drank wine. Once our meals were done, and since we had stayed till close, we were asked to join the owner and staff for a mini party in the back (the Breeze's know the owners). Following that, we went home where we all continued to party to Abba and attempted to teach everyone how to line dance. Needless to say, it was a late night for everyone and no one was feeling very well when it was time to get us to the plane in the morning. But in the end Kailey and I made it. We did have to wait through a very long line which was hard considering how we were feeling but after some food, we were ready to leave New Zealand and head for Australia.
