So today we flew into Christchurch on the south island. It was quite the turbulent ride down, with a bit of a drop that included screaming people, followed by laughter. Glad we can all laugh about almost plunging towards the ground! We made a new friend on the plane and got him to color in our Spiderman coloring book. Oh ya, we bought a coloring book and crayons in the Vancouver airport and we're been getting people we meet to color in our book and sign their name and country. Everyone loves wax crayons! It was pissing rain when we got into Christchurch but we made it to the hostel and went out on a quest for food and drink. Now let us tell you, Christchurch does not have much for night life on Sunday evenings. We walked around for about an hour in the rain looking for a pub. Luckily for us, it wasn't to cold but we weren't so lucky on the pub side. We never found one and ended up eating at a Indian food restaurant. After dinner we just headed back to the hostel and went to bed.

Ps. Kailey only kicked my ass in Yahtzee because the computer seemed to like her!! And Kailey is now known as Rock Head because Chanelle threw a rock that happened to hit Kailey in the head.
