Panama Is Hard to Leave
Entry 7 of 75 | show all | print this entry |
Panama has a hold on me. I missed my flight out because I didn´t want to get out of my bed. I was thinking. This country is good. I am not ready to leave. I have had so much fun and adventure here. Why should I leave so soon. (I can´t figure these keyboards out. Question mark isn´t working) So off to the travel agent I went to adjust my flight. The last couple of days have allowed to adjust to the idea of leaving this little gem of country. In hindsight I see that my time here was well spent, my money was well spent, and I can honestly see that my experience was super duper. Panama is full of places where one can stir up adventures and have experiences that create stories for your grandkids. Being a teacher I am love to make lists. So here are the top ten moments that stand out in my travels throughout Panama.
10. Kenny creating the torture chamber on the Ferris Wheel.
9. My twitching left eye.
8. Walking through the jungle to get to Wizard´s Beach.
7. Surfing Wizard´s by myself
6. JJ´s Boat Tours
5. Aqua Lounge the brilliant hostel at Bocas.
4. Sweating profusely for the last month at all moments.
3. Waking up in the morning with soar abs from laughing so much the night before.
2. Surfing Bocas at Punch with three buddies. Super fun session.
1. The biggest and heaviest barrel of my life so far at Santa Catalina.

Chalker, we'll never forget that day at our staff meeting. All is well here. School is off to a great start, the new 6th graders are awesome. We miss you. All of your blogs, pics, and vids are brilliant. We missed you at Alex's bar last Friday, Phil Shane was singing.
Late,
Keeler

So, your review of Panama sounded past tense, you must now be in Peru or did you not leave yet? Call me and we can always make adjustments. Dad
