Early start as off to ferry to cross the Skagerrak Fjord from Denmark to the port of Kristiansand in Norway. Very rough crossing. A lot of people were sick-but I loved it!! Was rather exciting!! I think people thought I was being sadistic cause I couldn't stop smiling! Was very rough with lots of huge waves-couldn't walk about on the boat much as you risked falling over.
Then drove through lots of scenic countryside to Stavanger. Got there around 4pm-just enough time for a walk and an explore around the town. Very cute buildings all multi-coloured. Dinner was at the hotel. Was pretty bad. Norway is very cold compared to Denmark which was lovely and sunny.
Am feeling a bit grumpy as have been charged on my credit card for the tax on the tax free shopping I did in Italy. Was there only two months ago and I haven't even left the EU yet! And on top of that and my credit card getting cancelled because of credit-card-detail-stealing theives and the five parcels that never made it home, I am feeling a bit pissed off. Two fingers to all bastard theives!!!! Am just really annoyed. Will probably feel better in the morning! Right now I wanna go home!!!
