Drove from Lucerne to the Rhineland with a stopoff for lunch at Strasbourg (nice city). Then drove to Heidelberg and had a stop for a couple of hours. Went up the cable car to the top with a stopoff at some castle ruins. Very cool. Was fun. Had dinner back down at a pub and then headed on the drive to the hotel in the Rhineland. Had a drink at a pub near the hotel. Reisling is very very nice-too nice as almost like lemonade so you don't realise how potent it is!
