Headed off to Sorrento today-we drove to Naples then took a ferry to the Isle of Capri before taking another ferry to Sorrento.

Spent the day at Capri. Very hot and humid. Had a walk around then had a nice lunch at the Bella Vista Hotel at the top of the island. Then back to the middle level (there are 3 levels to the island) for a look around then took the train back to the bottom level for a boat cruise around the island. The cruise was great. Some got to go for a swim (knew I should have brought my togs!).

Had a storm on the ferry to Sorrento-with lightening-very exciting! Got to Sorrento late so didn't get to check it out. Could see Mt Vesuvius (sp?) from Sorrento-very cool.
