It took most of the day yesterday driving to Barcelona. It is cooler here than in Madrid-but very very humid. Headed out to dinner at a spanish buffet restaurant (OK)  but got to experience traditional spanish drink-Sangrias-very very nice. But very very potent. Made with wine, sugar and fruit. Went to the Black Sheep Bar afterwards which was fun.

Today we went on a tour of Barcelona and Gaudis Cathedral. Pity we didn't get to go inside. We then went up to Montserrat Monastery. Very nice up there. The Monastry is home to the Black Virgin - a very sacred icon so there were lots of people there to see it.

Tonight we went to a dinner and Flemingo Dancing show. Was fantastic to see. Tried taking photos but they moved so fast am not sure how well any of them turned out. Went to the Cave bar afterwards for a last farewell drink with all the people from the 'Flavours of France and Spain Tour' who were leaving. Was very sad. Was some of the people I liked the most :(

So was goodbye to Silvatore and Jason, Jason R, Ariana and Nona, Rasha, Rana and Mousoud and Ken and Joy.
