Hello All--
Just a brief update for our blog. Today is 4/5/06 and we will be leaving Sanford tomorrow, going to the big RV Rally at the Speedway in Daytona. I read where they expect to have 6,000 RVs and 15,000 people attending. Looks like a fun and interesting time. I'll let you know on my next blog. We have had a fairly quiet, uneventful stay here in Sanford. Some sightseeing, shopping, flea-market, etc. Weather has been too good, ie. no rain, but very dry and fire danger. We spent some very enjoyable days with Bev (French) and Norm Dickerson, playing dominoes and relearning how to play "Head and Foot" - a card game, and many laughs. They live less than 1/2 hour from here.
We will be going from the Rally to Manatee Hammock Campground in Titusville, FL from 4/11 to 4/23. Marcia and family and Lisa and family will be visitng Fla during that week of school vacation. We are looking forward to that!!! And then heading North. More details on our trip plans next blog.
