We've seen some amazing things in the last couple of weeks. Traveled to Pokhara to start our 3 days of white water rafting. The first rapid we hit, someone fell out and hit a rock and was lost. Actually all went smoothly and we had a great time. There was an older fella from Germany who was 72 years old and was a great great grandfather. To be fair, for most of the trip he had his paddle tucked away and was taking pictures with his waterproof disposable camera.

You'd be amazed at the food that can be cooked over a gas fire on the beach. First up we had spag bol, with garlic bread and they even fried home made chips. It was worth it for the food alone..

After that we started our 5 day trekking through the Annapurnas, a mountain range in the Himalayas with some of the world's other highest peaks other than Everest.. Some of the views we saw were amazing. The internet here is painfully slow so you only get the joys of a couple of photos.

Off to Beijing tonight for a month in China. Apparently they have decided to have winter early and its snowing, so ive bought myself a North Face knock off puffy jacket that should hopefully keep me 'warm'.

People continue to think I am Charlotte's guide. We're travelling with another English girl Faye who is white. The other day we were on the river in our boat and I'd given the girls the paddles to row. Other passers by thought it was hilarious that 'the guide' was doing nothing and people were taking photos. We're also getting random dicks sitting at our dinner table chatting up the girls, only to realise that I speak english.. The lengths blokes will go to sometimes never surprises me.

Adios from Nepal...
