Decided that today we needed to take it a bit easy because we were booked for a show at Tuacahn Amphitheatre in St George in the evening and it meant a good 2 hour drive after the show to get back to the cabin. So we spent the morning jabbering until lunch time when we took ourselves off to Cedar Breaks for a sticky beek. It was on the way anyway to where we needed to be for the show in the evening.

Pretty place - a little like Bryce but not as spectacular. We were glad that we had not decided to make it a special trip to do any hikes. Interesting we noted lava flows in the area but there was no volcanic activity. Some longer story attached to the lava flows which Jude knows and will tell at a later stage!

Tuacahn Amphitheatre - an outdoor theatre with the most amazing backdrop - the red rocks! It was great and added fun too when the bats buzzed the heads of the actors who seemed to be totally used to it and ignored them! We saw 42nd street which we all enjoyed immensely. The trip home was a little sticky - deer on the road almost around every corner so all three pairs of eyes were scanning back and forth. Slow going too but the show was worth all the effort to get home.
