So here I am sitting in an internet cafe at 5 in the morning on the 22nd after being here all night.

We left Mount Maunganui early in the morning and made our way back to Auckland for the afternoon on a fairly uneventful trip. Most of the beautiful countryside and scenery is further south so there wasn't anything too spectacular to see.

After being back in Auckland I stored my backpack somewhere safe and have been just out and about for the day. About an hour after we got to Auckland I've had to worry about a little visa problem that has come up but it should all be sorted out before I board my plane soon. So I spent some of the afternoon running around dealing with that, and then had some dinner with some friends that I would be saying godbye to today that I met on my travels with the Magic Bus. That was fun and we stayed out for a while before I retired to an internet cafe for an allnighter. Just been hanging out here, catching up on organization and I will hopefully get some pictures uploaded in the next couple of hours if the software cooperates with me! Then I'll grab a coffee in the morning, head out to the airport after that, then off to Thailand for whatever awaits me!

New Zealand was a pretty fantastic time overall, I enjoyed the rather quick and intense bus trip around both islands. I've met some really good friends along the way, and had quite a bit of fun. I'm sure I'll remember the famous NZ sayings: Sweet As, Choice Bro, A box of fluffy ducks (from Glen the driver of course), the Fergburger from Queenstown (Tropical Swine for the win!) The glowworms, dolphins and all the rest that came with it!

Anyways, bye for now, wish me luck!
