Greetings from Santorini island in Greece! We had a great time for a short day and a half in Naxos island - it has beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. We spent a lot of time lounging about on the beach, though the winds were acting up, and walking around Hora (Naxos Town). Oh, we also had the awkward honor of seeing many naked and topless locals on the beach - including fully naked men walking past us. No concern for clothing around here. The portions of Greek food are huge here and the food is quite good, though we are getting a bit tired of it already (unlike the Turkish food). Santorini is an amazing and beautiful island - it is a caldera which is the remains of a volcano. This is our first day here and we took a nice hike to the main town and a donkey ride up from the port - a bit of an adventure. We're looking forward to a beautiful sunset tonight and another relaxing day tomorrow on the black sand beach before we head off to Athens. We'll try to do one more travelogue from Athens before heading back to L.A. Thanks for reading!!
