Left the hotel very hungover, and slept the whole way to Death Valley. We stopped at various view points in the National Park. We didn't expect it to be as beautiful as it was. There were huge salt plains which just went on and on, and we also stood at the lowest point in the Northern Hemisphere. We saw the sunset on the sand dunes and both rolled down them which was so much fun! That night in the tent was actually the coldest I have EVER EVER been! I literally nearly cried!
