We saw sunrise on the edge of the Canyon today at 7:18am, it was even colder than it was at sunset, but we were prepared for it today! We went on a hike right down in to the Canyon to a place called Cedar Ridge! It was snowing which made it even more beautiful. It was a piece of cake walking down, but coming up almost gave us heart failure at the start! But after a while it was fine, and seemed a lot easier when we were all walking together. On the way up, the French guy with us who studies opera in New York, broked in to an opera song, it was so amazing with the acoustics of the mountains, and gave us some extra energy to continue up the mammoth mountain! Took so many photos, but none of it do it justice! We saw some Elks, and a coyote with a rabbit in his mouth! That afternoon, we were very lazy and spent the afternoon in the spa and the hot tub!
We had such a good night that night, we had dinner and then went to play bowling. Afterwards, we walked to the off licence and then everyone came back to our room and we played cards to get some practice in before Las Vegas!
