Bocas Del Toro - From the canal we headed to the Island of Bocas Del Toro, off the Caribbean coast of Panama.  This is a relaxed island where we stayed for a few days, but the weather wasn't great, with quite a lot of rain.  Did a boat trip around the islands to see dolphins, hired kayaks for a day and visited an island where they have an endemic red frog.
