Arriving in Independence late in the afternoon there were a few things not looking so bright so we decided to call for a sick day.  The throw up, the coughs, the shivers, the moans, the fever..... it just doesn't get any better than this in a RV with the whole family.  To be fair though, Susan is the one who really wasn't sick, she nursed us all back from the brink of I don't know what.
Once our sick day was over we were able to check out our first historical sites.  The first was the National Frontier Trials Museum . The museum highlights the three trails that originated from Independence, Missouri; The Oregon Trail, The California Trail and the Santa Fe Trail.  Good museum, we spent several hours there.  We also visited the Chicago Alton Train Depot museum next door.  It's a restored 1879 two story train depot.  The kids were able to get a good idea of what life was like at a train depot in 1880.  The upstairs was set up for the family who ran the station in the 1880 area and it was really nicely done.  We had a private tour and felt fortunate to have viewed the displays so up close and personable.  The highlight for the kids was having ice cream at Clinton's Soda Fountain which is the site of Harry Truman's first job .
A great highlight and a must see for anyone visiting Kansas City is the Steamboat Arabia .  This is an impressive collection of 1850's goods from the frontier days which were recovered from the sunken steamboat and fully preserved.  It was like walking into a hardware store in 1856.  The collection included dishes, tools, kitchen utencils, canned food, boots, buttons, perfume, fabrics, clothes and many other great things.  We highly recommend this museum to everyone.
My friend Greg likes to say that he married up.  To say the least that applies to our situation.  Years ago Susan learned that I like to be left alone when I'm sick.  I'm really a pathetic sick person, burring myself under the covers, sweaty the fever out with moans and talking to myself.  Susan kindly and gently suggests taking certain medicine which I respond in cave man grunts.  She has proven herself as a helpmate many times over and as a mother she has earned every badge there is three times over.  Yep I married up more than a few notches.  "He who finds a wife finds a good thing"

If you are willing to buy real estate, you would have to receive the credit loans.
Moreover, my sister usually utilizes a term loan, which occurs to be the most
