Yesterday I confirmed my flights so if all goes well I'll leave the UK on June 30th, after all the jabs and doctors appointments I've had I cant wait to get going!!
I'm not really sure what to expect, the Lonely planet, and the Foreign office don't paint such a rosy picture of Togo but I'm assured that it is a great&safe place!!
Anyway when I'm there I will be living in the British School and working as much as I can on the SOS Children's village http://www.sos-childrensvillages.org , I'm not entirely sure what ill be doing there either but hey, I might be running classes, could be teaching English!! No idea really!!
Ill update this every now and again but hope you are all well wherever you are and see you soon!!
