On Friday, 7 of my classmates and I took an amazing trip to Granada. Granada is exactly what I thought all of Spain would look like. Our apartment had copper sinks, a white stucco facade, terra cotta tile floors, and rustic roof tiles! Check out the pics!
We took the bus there. Even though the trip took 4 1/2 hours, it was really comfortable and scenic! We were served drinks and food, and we watched movies in the comfort of reclining leather seats.

Olive Groves

Orange Trees everywhere!

Downtown Granada

Albycin District

View of the Alhambra

It was hot, but in the distance, there was SNOW on the Sierra Nevada mountains!

Entrance to the Alhambra

My peeps

Check out the view!!

View of the Palacio Nazaries from the outside.

Inside the palace

The Gardens of the Generalife

The Generalife

On Saturday, we headed down to Almuņecar on the Southern coast of Spain to get some sun! It was amazing to lie by the beach for a whole day.

We got back to Granada at around 9:30, by the time all of us showered (only 1 bathroom!) it was already 11:30. By then, most restaurants were closed, but we came across this amazing place with delicious shawramas, pita, and falafel. Plus, they had hookah!!!

As with the bong in Amsterdam, I'm strangely really good at this! Haha.

Granada has a lot of Arab influence, so there are a lot of cool stores all over the city.

Spices

Okay guys, hope you enjoyed the pics!
