12 October - Sunday was an interesting day for Merrie and me because it was our Feast prep day, just like the local brethren. Washing clothes, packing suitcases, cleaning the hut, visiting members who dropped by, updating software and hardware on two donated laptops, and last minute Feast work. Oh, and we read to each other again and talked of how much we appreciate having our little hut here on a hillside overlooking the town with malaria, typhoid and no cultural music tonight.
I couldn't fall asleep worrying that it was going to start up again, which it didn't and so I did.
