A day to the mountains. Stopped at the foothills of Aconcagua, highest mountain in the Southern and Western Hemisphere. In short only the ones in Tibet beat it. The glacier on it is over 300 metres thick. Wow. We got to the Chilean border but did not try to cross as we had no passports and the van we were in was not licenced to go into Chile.
