Next Stop Auckland

Tuesday We were up at 3:30 to check out of the hotel and head to the airport for the flight to Auckland via Sydney. Our 5:45 flight was on time, and after a three-hour layover in Sydney, we made the three-hour flight to Auckland, New Zealand. Our good friend Jeff Caudle met us at the exit from customs and drove us to their home for the night. It was great to see Jeff and Lisa and their lovely daughters. And it was good to rest after such an early start to the day. Especially since we'll be back on the plane tomorrow for our flight to the South Pacific nation of Vanuatu!
