We drove though the Camargue, a huge wetland reserve that is home to hordes of wild white horses, and black bulls that run free all over the wetland. The place is also famous for having flamingoes, but we saw none. Although plenty of cows and horses everywhere.

The weather was very irate with violent winds shoving us all over the road.
The town Saintes Marie de la Mer on the coast was in such a sand storm from the beach, and all of the people were collected in the inner streets to hide from it.
Apart from silly cowboy paraphernalia the town had a nice castle like cathedral. Afterwards we found out it is a gypsy pilgrimage church, which explained all the scam artists trying to grift us in the main square outside the church. There were cool relics inside of holy people and a famous significant statue of Saint Sara. Which was all the rage.
