Leaving Hong Kong - Sydney Airport
Entry 5 of 21 | show all | print this entry |
Well, we have left Hong Kong, waiting endlessly now in Sydney Airport for our flight to Wellington, a nine hour layover!!! After a night flight where we got no sleep, we are offically wrecked!! Hong Kong was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! We absolutely had a ball, it's so cool to s ee different cities and cultures and stuff! Disneyland was brilliant , we ended up staying there all day. Then yes terday morning, we did all our shopping and stuff! THe electronics there were so cheap, Joe bought a PSP for like 100 euros!! And we also bought MB cards and d vd rw for about a 1/4 of te price at home. We headed back to the hotel then, to check out and wait for our limousine tra nsfer to the airport, very swanky, I know but it was definitely worth it!! We, well I was so busy shopping for beauty products in the duty free that we nearly missed our flight, we were about the last 6 on board!!!!
Anyways, must go now, get some food!! Only another 5 1/2 hours to go! The good news is Shane Agnew said he would pick us up from the airport, so hopefully that \ will all work out! Again, we can't upload photos on this computer but they will be coming soon!!

Hi there,
Just had a browse of all the photos from Hong Kong. Now you know why I wanted to go back so much. Isn't it just amazing, and it looks just as good now, mind you we didn't have Disneyland when we were there, but I loved the headdress, hope you bought it to go with the dress!!!. Hope NZ is going well, take good care of yourselves.

Out of service (reply) Jan 26, 2008 13:43 EST by frank.k
Our broadband was down for over 24 hours which is most unusual. So you should have arrived in Kiwi country by now. Hope you could recognise Shane. Looks like you having a ball and looking forward to lots of opics when you get home. Hope you can put some of them up on screen.
Waiting for news from New Zealand and keep having a ball. Sammy said Woof.

Victoria (reply) Jan 25, 2008 11:27 EST by mohammed-us
I have family in Victoria, though of course they lived MANY years before me. In any case, I am sure there are un-found cousins there. I hope you are able to upload pictures soon or else your memory card is going to get filled up before the end of your trip :-(
Enjoy Sydney; I love reading your blogs. Until the next blog, take care.
