Prague in November

Very lovely city. Arrived very early, some snow on ground, but roads very clean.
The hotel we stayed in was Old Town Square Hotel which, as the name suggests, is in Old Town Square. The square is pedestrianised and very open.
We asked for a room overlooking the square and we got one. As you looked out of the window the Astronomical Clock was to your left. The square gets busy every hour as the clock goes off.
Overnight it snowed and this set our first full day's itinerary - we walked to the fenicular railway, took it up to the top and walked back through the castle on our way back.
Second day it was raining so in the morning we went to the museum at the top of Wenceslas Square. In the afternoon we walked back through the other parts of the city.
Day three was coming home day so we just walked about the other areas of the city.
Recommended restaurants - Ambiente just off of Old Town Square. Lovely italian.
