Where I stayed

After saying bye to the girls as they made there way back to Manila, we stayed another day in El Nido due to yet another dicky tummy for poor Jo..we then set off for Port Barton. We were really pleased to arrive at a different place and it didn't disappoint.

We arrived just in time for a beer and a great sunset over the beach. The beach was nicer than El Nido but we didn't chance going in the sea after we heard some jellyfish warnings!

We stayed at a great place called summer home resort that was right on the beach and had lovely gardens that you could sit in too.

The village was tiny and very friendly. It was really tropical with palm trees, it felt like Jamaica!

We chilled, read, played bouls on the beach and made the most of the few bars on the beach and their happy hours. Our place had a bonfire on the beach at night which was great.

It was a great place to spend the last couple of days in the Philippines.
