Well I took Tyler to Prague yesterday. He took a 6 am flight home (Tyler you are insane). However, he did agree to take back one of my bags so I'll have less to lug around, so I gotta thank him for that.

I'm back in Brno just hangin out, enjoying alone time for the first time this semester. As I mentioned earlier, Li has moved home. I plan to chill in my room over the next week quite a bit. Today I didn't do a whole lot. I was woken up by two women in my room speaking Czech to me. Turns out they were doing room inspections. After I recovered from the awkwardness, the head lady got really upset over the state of the cooker. It was really greasy and dirty when I arrived in January, so it definitely isn't my fault. Nonetheless, she informed me to either clean it or be prepared to pay 40 bucks (600 crowns). So it was either tell them Li was to blame, which would inform them I had an empty bed in my room (Li didn't tell anyone he was leaving), or clean it myself. I went and bought cleaner first thing. Haha.

The rest of the day I hung out and super cleaned my room. I broomed and mopped the floor, as well as cleaned the kitchen. It's a much more pleasant environment now. I was waiting to do this until Li left, because it would have gotten dirty almost immediately if I hadn't. I also did laundry in the room and hung it outside my window and inside my bathroom to dry. This also gave the room a nice scent, compared to the weird food aroma I've come to ignore.

Then I spent the afternoon reading, working puzzles online, and playing my guitar. I also walked to the grocery store and bought some stuff for dinner. Lastly, I started watching the movie for my Czech cinema class and watched the movie "Slackers", which was quite fitting.

Well, it's down to one beach trip in Spain and then my family's trip and I'll be headed home. I have 10 days in brno, then beach for 5, then 7 in brno, then the family trip. Even though I still have a month left, it definitely feels close to over. And considering that my parents will be here in 3 weeks, it is I guess.
