We arrived in Rome yesterday. Tyler Yoesting, a friend from O-State, flew in from Houston and met us there. Man I love this city. Today we went to the Coliseum, Vatican City, and the Roman ruins today. All of the above were great. We toured the Sistine Chapel as well. We walked quite a bit, as usual. The lines weren't too bad and we got everything in before the sun went down. So far, we have eaten pizza pretty much every meal. There are just pizzerias on the corners where you walk in a get a slice by the kilo. It's really cheap and really good!

The Coliseum was probably my favorite. It was just incredible to be there and know what used to take place. The ruins were really cool too. There are just pieces of columns lying all over the place and parts of these thousand plus year old buildings.

Oh I forgot to mention... The first thing I did last night was find and buy a pair of shorts. I didn't bring any to Europe, and I've been dying. I don't think I'll ever take these things off. Thank God for warm weather.

Tonight we're going to hang out down at a place that has a bunch of restaurants, clubs, and such. Should be fun.
