So today we did some laundry at a launderette called "Bubbles" it was really busy. I haven't had to do this since our dryer broke years ago.
I don't think this town has more than one because it was full of laundry from guest houses and locals keep coming in.
Anyway many £ coins later and we were done.
We then went off to see the Pendennis Castle. A fortification has been there since Henry VIII s time. This city has the third deepest natural port in the world so a great place for enemy ships to land. I always like a good castle and they always have a good soup in sandwich at their cafe.

My shoulder is not happy so I found a osteopath. An osteopath is easier to find than massage therapist as there is no certification here for a MTs. Elizabeth Bird is an osteopath with her own clinic at 5 Park Terrace a short walk from the Moor area of downtown across from Kimberly Park. Thankfully she was able to help and I am hoping for a headache free day tomorrow!

I then met up with Heidi for tea/coffee at the Hula Coffee Co. a cute coffee location with free wifi and a tv of course currently turned to the Wimbledon tennis matches.

Back to the B&B to freshen up before going off to dinner. Tonight we choose a local eatery called The Shed. It was very busy, usually a good sign but this night they didn't have enough staff to keep up. The food was good (not excellent) but the weather had improved enough for the patio doors to be open. I had a margarite pizza and very yummy fresh garden side salad.
We did a quick walk of the town and then called it a night.
