If you are reading this its because either you know where I am going to be during the summer or by some reason I added you to the mailing list by mistake.
So how should I start?.....
I guess by explaining the whole purpose of my trip. But really, who doesn't want to travel? Shouldn't that be enough? Other than traveling all through South East Asia and exploring countries like Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand my other purpose of the trip is to earn four 3 credit hour classes during the summer months. But backed by popular demand I won't be mentioning these to much (sorry Dad) this is to keep the flow of the stories interesting and well, interesting. For those who really want to know what I am learning you can talk to me when I get back, after I get to learn what I am suppose to learn.
My trip started in Charlotte NC, after attending Zvi's, Erica's, Stu's and John V's graduation from UNC-Charlotte(May 12th) I took a flight to DFW where I connected the next day to a direct flight to Tokio, Japan. My flight last night to Dallas from NC didn't exactly go so smoothly. Instead of being a nice 2 and half hour flight, it turned out to be more of a 6 and half our flight when we got diverted to middle-of-no-where, TX due to bad weather in Dallas. This morning I got to try for the first time the new electronic check-in machines at the airport. Not that I had not tried them at all before, but it was my first time to check-in on them when traveling internationally. Of course if you are from Colombia you cant do this, all of my Colombian friends know that they are in need of a Visa to simply go to the bathroom, but for us Guatemalan's it's a nice breezy check in. No one really says it, but we all know its because Guatemalan Coffee is better.

I have to signed off now guys, my battery is about to go out. I am flying over Alaska at about 900km/h and still have about 7 more hours to go. Man this place is far. And for you guys who know how I travel, no I am not sitting in First Class or Business class, I got shafted with everybody else. Yes, the stand-by option can only go so far and some times we have to act like normal people and join them in the economy class. Coach sucks by the way. Ill catch u guys back again when I get to Singapore. Once I get to Narita ill be heading straight to the Admirals Club for a nice shower! Ahhh.....

Catch you soon,

Fun all over the World!
I am glad to see that you are having such a wonderful time! I am taking it easy...laying by the pool, going out with your ('my')friends and relaxing! Don't worry, this will only last until work consumes my life! I haven't heard back from St. Judes yet, but maybe today will be the day.

So, how does it feel to fly with the rest of the world in economy class? I hope you didn't get stuck in the middle with the guy to talks too much on your left and the screaming kid on your right! :} MUA BABY. I have to make fun of you a little.

Since i know how much you love to travel and how much you love tennis, you will be happy to know that all of us want to go to the US Open in the fall in NY. Jamie is planning it! I was more excited about the plays and the shopping, but seeing hott guys play tennis is ok too! Maybe they will wear white shorts!

Glad to see you are doing well and that they pilot got you there ok. Miss you. SHOES,size 7...Magnets!
