We go in search of yet another meeting set up by Robert with a producer who could give us some advice on publicizing Shit Theatre. With our maps we eventually track it down and find ourselves bang in the middle of times square looking at the old paramount building with our id's ready to enter. Fuck.

Joe Trentacosta makes us feel welcome instantly and gives us great advice on some fun stuff we could do with Shit Theatre (for example, performing in Times Square - as long as we stay off the naked cowboys turf (and anyway, Claire saw about THREE naked cowboys which is a bit of a con) double brakets.) We are going to get a press pack together to email around and hope to get a full crowd for Louise and Becca.

We go to Dixons Place and Jo touches base with Mimi (head of programming) and Rob (technical manager). They would like her to tech the performances taking place in the lounge/bar. Its a beautiful space and Jo is very happy.

Back up to Times Square to buy Broadway tickets. Claire wants to see Mary bloody Poppins but Jo assures her that it isn't very good and that good friend Tim Hopkins was raving about Jerusalem. The tickets for Jerusalem relieve us of $130 and Claire warns Jo that it better be good.

It is not.

I mean, its ok, but its no Mary Poppins.

Highlights of the show:
We sit behind the guys that made that thing on youtube -

(laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh.)

And Mark Rylance is good at shouting and getting bloody.

Cheers Tim.

We are then led astray once again by Rob and meet him in a bar at Avenue C. We meet the beautiful Cody-Anne and Robs music producer/musician friend 'C' (?? Jo mistakes this for Steve.) When he tells Claire that he 'did' pass the dutchie pon de left hand side, she tells him that she 'did' Juicy Juicy Fishy Wishy. He says that she will make a grown man cry.

When the bar closes we buy beer and go onto the roof, where we stay until 5 am and see the sun come up over the east river.

1. The man sitting next to Claire at the theatre had breath like breakfast cereal.
