After the longest flight of my life(twice as long because youre thinking about leaving someone like jori), but literally my flight got into london(no water... 2pounds for a water, and barely any food, expect for some bread jori got for me before i left) at 1:30am and i sat around(couldnt sleep) till 3am, went through security and then more sitting around till my malta flight boarded at 6am. British airlines feels like heaven after you have been sitting in "First Choice Airlines"(not my first choice) for 7hours. A breakfest was thrown back, and alittle reading tried to be finished.

I knew i had a trip coming up in april to Barcelona and Prague, but i wasnt sure when it was... i finally found the info and realized that thursday(6days from then) i was leaving for a week trip... oops. I landed, grabbed a bus to the residence and passed out on the bus. I walked into my real "home" and was so happy... Dan and Farid greeted me, made sure i didnt have any african viruses and then sat down for some story time. After about 30minutes of watching their jaw drop they remembered my promise i had made a couple weeks prior... to shave my head. My hair was a mess, it looked like shit because of the african trip. Within 10minutes and running through a couple of clipper batteries, my hair was gone(shortest it has ever been... talking marines length). It felt so good to have something new, and i definately felt like a new person. This was going to be an exciting three months ahead of myself but also very difficult... i needed a fresh start and this was it.

The weekend was spent catching up with friends... hearing about their trips to morocco, paris, london, eastern europe, tunisia, and also those people who stayed in malta. Everyone sounded like they had an amazing two weeks. It seemed that the americans traveled more and went to more interesting places... but makes sense since were already across the pound.

No classes were held all week because of professor laziness(got me very mad)!

The rest of the week was spent trying to figure out the trip on thursday(jake didnt make it back to malta until tuesday night and we had to leave thursday at 9am). Quickly packed weds night... and partied with all our friends to celebrate. Get ready for some good stories from my trip...
