At 11:37AM on August 30th I recieved my visa after checking the mail at least five time previously. I now know their are now 3 things you can count on in life:

1) Taxes
2) Death
3) Government Inefficency

At least this is the list I compiled so far in my journies and apparently Korea is no different. Perhaps they just wanted to see what I would do if they left it till the absolute end, just before I left.

No onto the last minute packing and small details - I know I will forget something.
