And we make it to Rome. In Rome internatioal airport we have only about a two hour layover before we depart for Cairo. We are now in a timezone 8 hours ahead of everyone back in Chicago and we text home letting mom and dad know were ok! We have just enough time to brush our teeth and wash our faces, take out some Euros from the ATM and buy an Italian panani before boarding our plane. Cairo here we come!!!
