Hola!
Greetings from Cozumel again - Jim and I had a nice day in Galveston walking around in the historical district and then got back on the ship for part two of this little cruise adventure. This ship is full to capacity and we received a call from the Guest Relations Manager that he had wanted to upgrade us but since they had a full ship he was unable to do so, but he extended us two passes for the Concierge Lounge which is reserved for guests in Suites and people with a much higher status than we have. (Are you proud of us Sharon??) We thought that was very nice of him. Then we had a plate of chocolate covered strawberries sent to our room from one of the head waiters, Bulent, who is from Turkey and was our favorite head waiter from the crossing that we were on last year - he also gave us the best table for two on the ship - on the center railing of the balcony - over looking the whole lower dining room
Today we will visit Cozumel again and tomorrow we will be in Costa Maya - next is a day cruising back to Galveston with some last minute shopping and then we are back in Costa Rica on Sunday, April 1st. (And that isn't an April Fools joke)
A couple photos here and we may not be checking back in until we reach Galveston - I don't think any of you are missing much on this trip though.
Hasta Luego!
I will attach the photos of the Helicopter on this blog...however, I realized that I only have
a couple photos of the helicopter and the rest was all video that I recorded on the camera.

Captains Dinner
. This table is centered with the Captains Table which would only be the next best seat in the house which.........we found to be true because next we received an invitation to join the Captain for dinner at his table. He hosts people at his table only on the evening of the Captains Reception - so we felt quite honored to be included in this. There were 9 of us, including the Captain. The ship photographer took a photo of us all and by the end of the meal they had a nice copy of the menu, the photo and our invitation all prepared and then the Captain signed them and gave them to us. It was a different menu than the rest of the dining room and it was delicious. He was talking about the crossing in November and how it was the most incredible crossing he had ever had - so then we told him that we were also on this crossing and he was happy that we could back him up on his stories. He has arranged a private Bridge tour for us on Friday - since September 11, 2001 they do not conduct Bridge tours on this type of cruise unless by a special invitation. We will attend - although we did get one on the Atlantic Crossing as we were under different circumstances at that time. Captains Table
Well it looks like you are wasting any time getting your perks in. You must really work the crowd!
