It was great to come back to Bangkok as we'd enjoyed it loads when we were last here in 2004. We stayed at a place near Koh San Road which was actually pretty darn good. We had a roof top pool and all mod cons, all for the grand sum of 900 Baht a night - approx 13 GBP.
We did the usual tours of the Grand Palace and made it to a floating market which was really cool. Loads of photos oop's so sorry..it does goes on a bit!
We did the other very typical thing of a visit to Bangkok by going to see a live show at 'Patpong'. If you don't know what I mean then you probably shouldn't but if you do then all I can say is that it was interesting! How do you ever discover you have a talent like that???
