Checked out the Central Market along with China Town. Loads of free samples and topped up on my liquorice supplies :)

Thought I'd educate myself and visited the Art Gallery, Migration Museum and the South Australian Museum - the latter is brilliant and has the world's largest collection of Australian Aboriginal cultural objects including: tools, shields, reed baskets, masks, jewellery, canoes, paintings and some bizarre looking water containers made from kangaroo and wallaby! There was also an introduction to opals - 80% of the world's supply comes from Oz - but more on this subject when I travel Adelaide to Alice Springs! ;)

The Botanical Gardens were worth a visit - a conservatory of exotic plants (seemed pretty much the same temperature as outside to be honest!) and a good selection of cacti.

The National Wine Centre of Australia - should have been so good but as the place runs as a conference centre the place was disappointing - a few display sections only - and no wine tasting! :(

From Adelaide to Melbourne I took my first overnight Greyhound bus = comfortable - but another night lacking sleep...
