Working on I'm a Celebrity Get me Out of Here was a great experience overall and more importantly a fantastic excuse to spend 5 weeks in Costa Rica.  It served as the jumping off point to what would be an unforgettable trip around all of Central America.  Unfortunately, while in Horquetas, which is basically just south of Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui, we were pretty much nose to the grind stone the entire time which left us little opportunity to get off of the grounds of our hotel, which also served as the site for our shoot, and away from work.  We did manage to sneak away to La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano for a night, which was one of my favorite stops on my trip around Costa Rica last year, as well as go out on a great rafting trip down the Rio de Sarapiqui.  Luckily, our hotel was in an incredible location and having to be completely secluded from our lives was made easier by staying in such a beautiful setting.
