The former was a well-known art museum. Its building is unique because it doesn't have regular supports. The day that I visited (I think on Tuesday) it happened to be free so I was very happy. I saw an exhibition on old woodcuts and the evolution of art from the Romantic movement. I did a sketch here as well.
On the final day that I left, I visited the Choque Cultural or Culture Shock (also free entry). This was a small place that had exceptional street artists displaying their work. It was inspirational to see art that was out there and fun.
As I mentioned before, I was taking things slow and noticing the small details of life. I started collecting the different patterns of tiles found on the street. I thought that these were cool and it was amazing that most of them were made with the same tiles but simply arranged in different ways.
All in all, it gave me the right mindset when I had to leave. I wanted to express myself more in my design work and learn from the masters. The trip ended with a smile on my face. (And I suppose having the United Club pass to go to the business lounge at the airport helped too.)
