SO...

The Uzbek government is unwilling to grant visas to PC-18s, and therefore, we are all being sent home or directly to another site.

I am going home, and then transferring to Georgia or Ukraine in a few months or so...

It is very sad to leave my site, my family was amazing as was my counterpart. I only hope that in my next peace corps adventure I can find people as amazing as the ones I am leaving- both Uzbek and American...

As our Peace Corps Training Director said at the beginning of training, no experience is ever wasted.

Truer words have rarely been spoken...
