Out of the cyclone and onto the Kiwis

We made it to New Zealand! After an uneventful plane ride, we got to the airport, booked a hostel, and took a cab there. We immediately showered and felt a million times better. I even brushed my hair for the first time in a week! We were starving, so we headed off to an Italian restaurant recommended by one of the guys working at the front desk. After great meal, while waiting for our check, one of the waiters came over and told Kristin that his manager had asked him to get her number for him! Since we don't have telephones, we went to talk to him (the manager) and made plans to meet up with him later tonight. Hopefully he can show us some of the nightlife in Auckland! There is definitely something to be said for traveling with attractive friends!
