I decided to get out of San Salvador as quickly as possible, as it was just a very scary place. Since I wasnt quite all better, I went to the beach near La Libertad. The beach was okay, good for surfing (which I didnt do!) but they had a nice pool, good rooms and friendly service, so I was happy. The Aussies showed up in the evening of my first day there, so I had someone to hang out with and school at cards. Cool!
Generally, it was a fun, yet uneventful couple of days. I feel pretty much completely better, and am heading to San Miguel and then to Perquin to satisfy my need to see some civil war stuff.
